Our story
Electrobyte Bars was founded May 2025 in Moab, Utah by Zadie Hutchinson. Since childhood, Zadie has always suffered from heat stress and migraines as a result of electrolyte loss. She wanted energy bars that tasted good and were good for you, which is a hard combination to find in the bar industry. And that's how Electrobytes were formed. Each bar is made with whole ingredients that are minimally processed and with electrolytes that give results. Combining nutrition and hydration with Zadie's clean-label values has been an adventure!
Delicious Taste
Electrobyte Bars taste delicious. That's it. End of story. Think "soft" and "sweet" to describe these energy bars, not "gummy" "hard-to-chew". Always made with whole ingredients. Sweetened by honey, thickened by dates, a great snack both in flavor and texture that effortlessly combines nutrition and hydration.
Minimally Processed
Each bar contains whole ingredients, from real organic food*. No chemicals or artificial flavors allowed here, thank you very much! Electrolytes in these energy bars come from salt, spinach, coconut water, and chia seeds.
*Bars currently made with conventional ingredients. Organic will be available with the official launch.

What's Next?
As you can see, Electrobyte Bars aren't available in-store or eligible for online shipping — yet. As of June 2025, you can only receive these energy bars in-person in Moab, UT and the surrounding area. But lots of changes are happening, and if everything goes according to plan, then these bars will be available to everyone starting as early as September 2025!
